On July 9 and 10, 2026, the partners of the CRE-AI project (2025-1-IT01-KA210-VET-000360488) gathered in Tilburg, the Netherlands, for the second Transnational Project Meeting (TPM2). The meeting, hosted by the European Research Training Consultancy (ERTC), represented an important opportunity to review the progress made since the kick-off and define the next phases of work with greater precision.
From their arrival, the host partner provided the group with a warm and attentive welcome. The welcome coffee kicked off the working day in an informal atmosphere, encouraging dialogue among participants before starting the sessions. The social dinner, organized in Tilburg at the end of the meeting, also offered a valuable space to strengthen relations between partners, share impressions, and consolidate the spirit of collaboration driving the project.
During the working sessions, the partnership examined the progress of activities, completed actions, and decisions still to be taken. A central part of the discussion was dedicated to WP2 and the development of the MOOC: the results of surveys and focus groups, research findings, and the specifications of the training model were analyzed. Partners also discussed the final structure of the short modules—conceived as 10-minute “bitesize” units—balancing theoretical content, practical activities, videos, and micro-credentials.
Significant time was also reserved for WP3, with updates on the Facilitator Kit and the training programme. The testing approach, preparation for pilot activities, translation requirements, production schedule, and allocation of responsibilities among the involved organizations were all defined.
TPM2 concluded with a review of administrative and financial management, communication and dissemination activities, and planning for upcoming events, including TPM3 in Düsseldorf and future Multiplier Events. The Tilburg meeting thus turned partner discussions into a shared operational plan, while strengthening the European and collaborative dimension of CRE-AI.
