On October 9 and 10, 2026, The Qube and project partners ERTC and Smart Leap from the European project CRE-AI (2025-1-IT01-KA210-VET-000360488) gathered in Düsseldorf, Germany, for the third and final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM3).
The meeting was a key moment for synthesis and strategic planning, allowing the consortium to assess the work accomplished so far and define the final operational details ahead of the official release of the project’s main outputs.
TPM3 Focus Areas: From Project Outputs to Final Strategy
During the working session in Düsseldorf, the consortium focused on priority actions for completing and distributing the educational products created. The discussion centred on three main pillars:
- Official Launch of the CRE-AI MOOC: The partners established the final schedule for publishing the CRE-AI MOOC. This online course is designed to provide practical, innovative skills on applying Artificial Intelligence within creative and educational sectors, featuring short, flexible modules aimed at earning micro-credentials.
- Finalization of the Facilitator Kit: Work was completed on the Facilitator Kit—an operational guide filled with methodologies, tools, and practical exercises designed to support trainers, educators, and facilitators in integrating AI technologies into their teaching practices.
- Analysis of Pilot Testing and Training Results: A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to examining data collected during the pilot testing phase and field training. Feedback from participants and experts made it possible to further optimize content prior to large-scale distribution.
Next Steps: Moving Toward Resource Release
With the conclusion of TPM3 in Düsseldorf, the team demonstrated high productivity and a shared vision. All partner organizations are now taking the final steps to make all tools developed under CRE-AI available to the public and sector organizations.
Beyond the technical aspects, TPM3 provided a valuable opportunity for networking and exchange, further strengthened by a social dinner held between the two working days to reinforce team synergies.
